We are pleased to introduce RodiBOX, our
advanced Autoclave Water Deionizer, designed to
simplify your sterilization process and eliminate the
hassle of buying, transporting, and storing distilled
water.
With distilled-quality water on demand,
RODiBOX ensures:
·
Consistent water purity for autoclaves and dental equipment
Lower operating costs and no bottled water dependency
A compact, reliable, and maintenance-free solution
RO works by applying pressure to separate pure,
great-tasting water from contaminants — delivering
clean, healthy drinking water right from your tap.
Installation
Installing an RO system is quick and straightforward —
usually completed in about an hour. It fits neatly under
your sink with standard plumbing connections.
Only a cold-water line, a drain connection, and a small
faucet hole are needed. Most systems come with
everything included — filters, tubing, and fittings.
Once installed, it runs automatically with minimal
maintenance.
No complex wiring or setup — just plug, connect, and
enjoy pure water.
Maintenance
Maintaining an RO system is
simple and hassle-free.
1.
Filter Replacement – Pre-filters
and post-filters typically need
changing every 6–12 months to
keep water clean and tasting
fresh.
2.
RO Membrane – The heart of the system lasts
2–3 years, depending on water quality.
Replacement ensures optimal purification.
3.
Sanitization – Periodic cleaning keeps the
system free from bacteria and build-up. Usually
done once a year.
4.
Check Pressure & Connections – Quick
visual checks ensure there are no leaks and the
system runs efficiently.
✅ Result: With minimal effort, your RO system
continues to deliver pure, safe, and great-tasting
water all year round.
RODI Technology
A Proven Scientific
Achievement
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is
one of the most advanced
and reliable methods of
water purification used
today.
The Science Behind It
Reverse Osmosis literally means reversing the
natural process of osmosis. In nature, water moves
from a low-concentration solution to a high-
concentration one. RO technology applies pressure
in the opposite direction, pushing water through
the membrane and leaving impurities behind.
This is why it’s also known as hyper-filtration — it
can remove particles as small as 0.0001 microns.
It works by applying pressure to water, forcing it
through a semi-permeable membrane that allows
only pure water molecules to pass while blocking
impurities, dissolved salts, heavy metals, and
micro-organisms.
Developed in the 1950s with US government
research to desalinate seawater, Reverse Osmosis
is now used worldwide for both residential and
commercial water purification. It’s considered one
of the great scientific achievements in modern
history, turning ordinary tap water into safe,
healthy, and pure water for everyone.
By pushing water through a semi-permeable
membrane, it separates pure water molecules from
everything else — delivering fresh, clean, and
truly healthy water right from your tap.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is an advanced purification
process that removes up to 99% of contaminants,
including heavy metals, chlorine, and dissolved
solids.
Trusted around the world and used in homes,
clinics, and industries, Reverse Osmosis is one of
the most effective and proven technologies for
pure, safe drinking water.
✅ Why It Matters
Produces crystal-clear, great-tasting water
Removes up to 99% of contaminants
Protects health and appliances
Environmentally friendly — reduces bottled
water waste
RO( Reverse Osmosis)
Di ( De-ionization)
De-ionization (DI) is a scientific process that
removes dissolved minerals and ionic impurities
— such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and
chloride — from water.
It works by passing water through ion-exchange
resins that attract and trap charged particles,
replacing them with hydrogen (H+) and
hydroxide (OH-) ions, which then combine to
form pure H2O.
Unlike filters that capture particles or membranes
that block molecules, De-ionization removes the
actual ions dissolved in water, leaving it
electrically neutral and ultra-pure.
That’s why DI water is often used in dental
offices, laboratories, and medical equipment,
where even tiny traces of minerals can cause
scaling or interfere with sterilization.
RODi (Reverse Osmosis De-ionization)
The Perfect Combination of Reverse Osmosis and
De-ionization
RODI stands for Reverse Osmosis + De-ionization —
a two-stage purification process that delivers the
highest level of water purity available.
First, Reverse Osmosis (RO) removes up to 99% of
contaminants, including chlorine, heavy metals, and
dissolved solids. Then, De-ionization (DI) polishes
the RO water by removing the remaining ions and
minerals that even RO can’t capture.
The result is ultra-pure, mineral-free water — ideal
for autoclaves, laboratories, dental offices, and any
application where precision and cleanliness are
essential.
